Our backgrounds span Engineering, Management, IT Development, Marketing, Chemistry, Art and Creative Direction. Different fields, different skill sets - but one shared obsession: making the best coffee possible, and getting you just as excited about it as we are.

From day one, our focus was the roastery - the foundation of everything that we do.


We built our facility from the ground up, engineered around one key principle: efficiency in service of quality. Every element, every workflow was designed to support consistency, precision, and full control over the process.

Green Coffee Storage

We chose the best technology available in specialty coffee in each section. It starts with our green coffee storage room, built to maintain stable temperature and humidity, 24/7, across all seasons. This keeps the green coffee fresh, prevents fading or premature aging, and protects against mold or contamination - so the raw material stays as close to origin quality as possible.

The Roaster Machines

At the core of our production is the Giesen W15E, our fully electric roaster. It uses a mix of hot air convection and infrared conduction, giving us full command over how heat transfers into the beans. With real-time sensor data from inside the machine, we tune every roast profile to match the unique needs of each lot.


For sample roasting, we work with the ROEST L100 Plus - a highly advanced tool that helps us test coffees before we buy them, making sure only the best lots make it into our lineup.

Quality Control

Quality control happens at multiple checkpoints - ensuring every roast meets our standards before it ever leaves the building. Each batch passes through strict control points: roast curve shape, charge temperature, drop temperature, development time ratio, AGTRON color values, weight loss, and, of course, taste.

Defect Removal

Post-roast, we run all coffee through two critical machines: a destoner to remove physical defects like stones, and a color sorter to eliminate “quakers”, chipped or burned beans that negatively impact flavor clarity.

Only then is the coffee packed, immediately, to minimize exposure to oxygen and preserve those delicate volatile compounds that make great coffee unforgettable.

The Laboratory

Our in-house lab is where we cup, calibrate, and experiment. It’s where roast profiles get fine-tuned, brew recipes get dialed in, and every sample gets evaluated before making a buying decision.


In short, we’ve invested heavily in our roastery - not to show off, but to give our team the right tools and conditions to bring out the best in every coffee, every time.
